クライアントへの提案:

1) Gravity separator: separate wood, paper and dust from the plastic , which makes preliminary treatment to the plastic.
2) Silicone rubber separator: separate silicone and rubber from the plastic, which processes the plastic again.
3) Electrostatic separator: separate the materials such as ABS PS PP and then put them into the space bag.


 

 

工場と労働者への要求事項

1. Power: The total power is 129KW, and electrostatic separator is 110KW, silicone rubber separator is 11KW, gravity separator is 8KW, respectively.

2. Space Requirements: The sorting line covers an area of 200 square meters and the height is above 6 meters.
The layout of sorting line can be adjusted as per customer's plant drawings (existing plant or new plant). 
Other sites such as raw material storage area and finished product storage area shall be arranged by customers according to their needs.

3. Number of workers
1) One skilled operator
2) One operator for vacuum conveyor
3) One worker for material storage and transportation
Remark: The number of workers can be adjusted according to operation proficiency, production arrangement, management level,etc.
